One of the most effective ways to get connected with other young professionals at ORCC is through our LINC groups.

These groups will help you grow in your walk with Christ while gaining new friendships with others. Be sure to check this page frequently for new additions or changes to our current core groups.

The God I Never Knew

ORCC is taking 8 weeks to dig in and learn more about connecting with the Holy Spirit!  Join one of our new 8 week groups in which we’ll be reading and discussing Pastor Robert Morris’s book, “The God I Never Knew”. There will be teaching videos and great discussions! This Aurora group is led by one of our YP Leaders, Olga Borchenko. Join us for our winter session of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University! Learn how to beat debt, make wise purchases, save for emergencies, college and the future so you can live like no one else and give like no one else! Cost for class is $100, which covers the purchase of you kit.

YP Prayer Group

Be a part of a powerful hour of prayer for this generation! Many in our generation have not mastered the basic Christian discipline of prayer. At YP Prayer, you will learn the importance of prayer, why it has to be the foundation for everything we do, and you will be doing it!

Growth Essentials

We at Orchard Road Christian Center are so happy for your decision to follow God and make Him number one in your life.  These Bible lessons have been setup by Dean Niforatos and approved by ORCC so that you can learn more about the basic foundations of a solid, fruitful and exciting walk with Jesus.

How can you get connected at ORCC and the Young Professionals Ministry?

We believe that there are many components to helping you grow, most of which have to do with belonging to a church body: prayer, corporate worship and church attendance, reading the Bible, developing Godly friendships, and pursuing healthy social environments.  We embrace the value that a person needs the whole body of Christ around them, older and younger, to grow and flourish.  Our goal is not to separate ourselves from the rest of the ORCC family, but to be a part of it! For this reason, we don’t have our own separate service – as adults, we worship with the other adults and youth in our main services on Sunday and Wednesday.  We’re part of the ORCC family.
The Young Professionals Ministry encourages people to connect with others through The Gathering, our large group experience, and through our small groups.  We have awesome “YP specific” small groups, or LINC groups as we call them, designed to reach you where you’re at in life – single friendly, special interests, marriage, women’s/men’s groups etc. But if we don’t have a specific group in our Young Professionals ministry, our general adult groups may have what you’re looking for!
